Looking to take my family of 7 (hopefully 8 depending on my son's leave with the army) to Disney over the summer. already looked into rental homes but is it easier to get park tickets (magic kingdom and both universal parks) through a travel agent or online? Any advice would help! Kids ages are Boy 6, Boy 12, Boy 15, Girl 19, and Boy 20 (or other son in the army is 19)

Online for sure. That’s what we did. Also when you buy Disney tickets look at different weeks as ticket prices change. Universal Studios tickets always stay the same.

@submersed10 hi! They do change though, with different promotions, and when you book with an agent, you get early park admission!

Thanks Margie! @shainashaine - Hello! My name is @tap23 and I am a full service travel agent. I am currently working with several families who are looking to enjoy all that both Disney and Universal offer in one trip. I have some families who choose to stay onsite at both locations and others who choose to rent a home and purchase tickets separately. I work with a few resort communities in the area and have had lots of luck finding great homes for my clients. I would love to talk with you and see how I can assist. Check out my page at Just Keep Traveling with Shannon. Would love to chat soon!

I am an agent, if you need tickets only and your son is military you will want to utilize that discount. He can buy up to 5 tickets on the base at a discount. I have helped several military families. For the savings you get to stay on site, it is well worth your time to have an agent price it. It will be exactly the same price as if you did Disney directly so why not use a planner?
