I worked at Barilla when we developed the gluten free pasta. I ate a lot of them for that project and most were not good.  I may be a little biased, but think Barilla's is best. We also came out with a legume-based pasta. It has a different taste/texture because its made with 100% legumes (chickpeas or lentils) but its also gluten free and a good source of protein. If you follow more of a plant-based diet that's a good choice.

@karl53 that must have been fun! For those of us needing gluten free we thank you for enduring that for us!

@wallache our goal was to make a gluten free pasta that the whole family would enjoy because we know the struggles of finding something everyone will eat. You'll have to let me know how you like it!

One of the reasons most people don't like gluten free noodles, regardless of the brand, is they don't rinse them well enough after cooking. Try this: rinse your noodles, then when you think you're done, rinse them again, until they are actually cold, and the water runs clear of the starch. Then re-heat gently. You will notice the difference.
