I posted about my thermostat not working yesterday. We bought a new one, the nest- it was working but it then stopped working. we don’t have a C wire and thought we figured out how to set it up with that. but now when it tries to turn on the heat, sometimes it does sometimes it doesn’t turn the burners on. Someone posted a picture of their wiring yesterday. if you see this can you plz post again Do you think a handyman can fix it?

We had so much trouble with the nest. We even had someone come out to try to install it and he couldn’t get it working so we returned it and got the ecobee. It was so easy to install and worked perfectly

@alternation7492 hm it has been a while since we put it in, I don’t remember what all the wires were lol. But if you call nest they can try to talk you through it all. When they couldn’t help us over the phone they sent someone out free of charge to try to install it

Wiring could be different. When we moved we had to have someone set it up here but we were able to do it at our old house. The wires were different and the AC kept running at the same time . Paid $60 and had it going.
