Hi ladies, those that have children attending in home daycare, what is your usual pick-up time?

5:30, but it’s a race for me to make it each day, 5:45-6 would be more comfortable.

@unleash I had to change my work schedule two days a week to manage it. I’m going to be screwed next year when my daughter is going 5 days ‍♀️ I have to make up time at least one day a week right now.

@steer266 yeah luckily my husband gets him on Monday and Wednesday so that helps. But the other 2 days always feel like a rat race

Hi, I run a in-home daycare and my hours are 6:30-6 M-F. Many parents have to travel further away for work. So I've worked many 12 hour days. ‍♀️
