We are thinking about doing a taco bar for my son's first birthday party. Does anyone know, for places that charge per person as far as ordering, do you really need to order for as many people as you have coming, or are the portions big enough to cut down the order? And if anyone has any places they recommend that are really tasty and not too expensive?

I order friacos and it was pretty affordable and the serving sizes were HUGE. We were left with a toooon of food.
