Does anyone know how far behind Joann craft store is on curbside pickup? The one on Joliet Rd. Thx

If you are ordering fabric its a longer wait. I ordered from the Naperville store and it was ready next day. Good luck! I have a lot of craft stuff. if you need anything please feel free to msg me. Anything but fabric.

Took 4 days for my order

I just got my order Sunday from it being placed 4/25

It took 4 days for curbside and I’m still waiting for an order I placed on April 17th to ship. Try Michaels 2 hours after I placed curbside it was ready

I placed an order for in-store in-stock curbside pickup two weeks ago and have yet to be told anything other than its delayed.

Ok y’all**** UPDATE*** I gave in and called the store yesterday afternoon. I was super polite as everyone is working their bums off for us! My order was waiting for me within the hour ! If it’s been more than 10 days you may want to call and check on the status. Good luck everyone!
