Question

We sold our home much faster than anticipated, thank you @ondine❤️! Our new home will not be completed until mid-September. We’re currently living with family, but with still being stuck at home we really need our own separate space. Does anyone have info on short term rentals? We’re a family of 5, no pets, non-smokers.

@ide17854 in less than 72 hours we have 2 offers, and got full ask. It’s definitely a great problem to have. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to sell during a pandemic.

You may anticipate delays too. Our new build home got pushed back a little too. We ended up with my parents for 6 months instead of 60 days

@miquelmiquela yes; I used to be a new construction mortgage processor. I anticipate there could be a delay, with shelter in place, even more of a reason to find our own space. It’s nice being with mom and dad, but with 3 kids we need a little more space

There’s something that just went up for rent in my neighborhood I don’t know anything about it if it’s short term or long term but I am in wallin Woods and it’s on Dan Patch
