Hi, new user.  My 30 trial ends today and the subscription starts tomorrow.Hi, new user. My 30 trial ends today and the subscription starts tomorrow. When I checked my account at ring. com I’m set up for the Protect Plus Plan, which I don’t want but I can’t find where to change it on the website to the Basic Plan. Does anyone know or am I stuck with the Protect Plus?

@bacteriolysis Crap advice. It will not work for one. Lets say you try it. Then next month you need rings help. They are not stupid. They will now from your account what you tried to do. There will be you on the phone trying to get help. Ring would be in their right thinking why the **** should I help this person who tried defrauding the company.

You must have more than one camera. Ring took £80 for a years plus plan from my credit card today I'm more than happy with that. I've my r2db and four cameras. At least the footage is now protected.

@aroid10 I got the year Plus Plan and only had one cam, so having more than one isnt a must. I had planned on getting more cams at the time anyways.

BTW, that is also how you go month to month to $100 yearly plan, you have to cancel and then sign up again. Makes no sense that there isn't an option for you to do by yourself

Thanks everyone, I’ve emailed Ring and they’ve to get back to me. Bit annoyed that I was automatically put on the Plus plan.
