Hi, We installed our security package on Thursday night and all parts were working & visible on the app. Friday morning there was a power outage and all came back up without a problem except the keypad. It still says offline on the app. How do I reset it so we can continue adding more parts to our system? Thanks

There is a small hole on the back, use a pen top or toothpick and press and hold. It will force it to reset. Also double check its firmware is up to date, as I believe ring released an update to fix that issues a couple months ago.

If that doesn't work, reboot your router.

We have 2 ring spotlight plug in cameras on our front of the house and our neighbor across the way says they are really bright and shine into their bedroom at night.

Does the original ring doorbell for $99 and $150 with the solar panel have a siren you can sound from the app like the security cameras do?

Clarification: it still has power, the doorbell will ring, it just will not connect back to our WiFi so we can use the camera!

I brought a Ring doorbell soon after they first came out (very first version) in fact it was when they were mega expensive (which was before Amazon purchased the Company and knocked the stuffing out of the price).

Having had someone in my back garden last weekend, I’ve just installed two wires cameras, not too happy about having to turn notifications off through the night to stop me getting woken by cats.
