Question

I have the Neighbors app on my phones but is there an app for Windows 10? Looked and can't find one.

Thanks guys. I have the Ring App. I use it all the time to view my recordings. but it does not include the Neighbors notifications. I'm looking for the Neighbors App that shows alerts and other recordings in my neighborhood. I have the Neighbors App on my phones but would like it on my laptop too.

@alleras: I do not believe you can get the neighbors app by itself on the computer.

It’s within the Ring App. The Neighbors App is only needed if you don’t have Ring Devices

A few of you have mentioned that it's on the Windows 10 Ring app. I've looked and can't find it. can you tell me how to access it? Ref screen shot below. Dashboard is shown. Devices just lists my Ring hardware. History is my recordings. Help takes you to Ring. com. Feedback opens an email. @alleras I never said you could access it from the Windows app. I said "I do not believe you can get the neighbors app by itself on the computer". In other words, the neighbors section of the Ring app is for mobile and tablets only. I have the Mac app and cannot access the neighbors section either.

I typed ring in the google bar on computer and it popped up

Microsoft store on the computer has the Ring app. I have it on my laptop. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.
