Ring 2 doorbell, hardwired, has been gradually losing charge for last two months. Now down to 28%. Set all frequencies and sensitivities to lowest setting. Is this just a cold weather thing? Never saw this in the summer or fall.

Maybe you need a new battery or call costumer service. They may replace the whole camera for you. they did for me

Cold weather, power doesn’t flow through cold that well. You can push more power with a new transformer if you want.

Lose the doorbell, and replace the light at the door with a floodlight cam.

During the fall when the weather was mild I had it set on maximum sensitivity as we had some bad activity in our neighborhood and the charge went down from 100% to about 5%. I dialed back the sensitivity and the charge gradually come back up to 100%. This seems to be temperature related.
