Does anybody else have the problem where you can't connect to your cameras when connecting from a cell network outside your home? I know that I could connect at one time but now it fails!  Is there a fix?

If I use network data it's fine. If I use home wifi it's fine. If I use work wifi it's fine.

@compote Sounds like a phone service network issue if you can connect via wifi.

@compote Okay, your wifi is verizon and your phone is t-mobile. Not a fan of tmobile. Verizon has a better phone network.

Happens to me. I’m currently ‘on vacation’ in a local hospital. We have free WiFi (and free care ). I can’t access our Ring Cameras from here but have absolutely no problem at all if I activate my VPN on iPhone or iPad. Suspect these issues are related.

If I use my own mobile data I have no troubles checking my cameras but if I use work wifi it doesn’t even respond.

I have found you need a good data connection to stream on mobile. At least 2 bars of LTE or it's a no go. Not really a Ring issue.

Waiting on 5G! It's not Ring, it's the mobile networks that isn't fast enough for this type of live streaming.
