Anyone else have a problem when answering the door from your phone and the person not being able to hear from the ring device?

Anyone else have a problem when answering the door from your phone and the person not being able to hear from the ring device? I have a ring Pro and the volume is very low when I speak through my phone to the device. I cannot find a volume setting for the ring device itself.

I had this exact problem, I called ring support to ask if they could turn the volume up and they ended up sending me a new pro!

When you speak into your phone try holding it 2 feet from your mouth, it will clear right up
