My rapid ring IOS App shows when trying to use live view. "Live view blocked by your network " - "if your phone is connected to a restricted Wi-Fi network, turn off Wi-Fi or try a different network. " I deleted the Rapid Ring app and reinstalled with no change. Downloaded from the cloud and doubtful it was truly deleted. Anyone come across this Looking for App issue? Note: 4 Ring stickup PoE on 4 port switch, 1- wireless hardwired ring doorbell RSS I- 39

Are you at home on your own wifi? I don't think it's a app issue. If you're using a public or hotel/resort WiFi? or do you have an internet management app? My home wifi let's me block certain devices, we do this to the kids devices.

Yes I am at home. Tried 2. 4 & 5 with same message. Internet management system. Home system and I manage my router.

@forbade might wanna double check make sure your ring devices are not restricted through your router or internet management app. That would be my best guess. See if you can log into them without using WiFi . Try just your phones data connection. If you can access them that way. Then it's definitely something blocking them thru your WiFi

I had this recently - using the WiFi at our local hospital. Solved (circumvented) the problem by turning off WiFi and using 4g

Check port restrictions on your WiFi router.

How do I check port restrictions on my router? I logged into the router (. etc) but did not find anything that showed Ring App or any other on a restriction list.

See if you have something like Attached Devices - Access Control or look under Advanced Settings.
