I have noticed that since I have downloaded the Rapid Ring App when I try to pause the notification the are still coming through on both my phone and my Echo Show.

I have noticed that since I have downloaded the Rapid Ring App when I try to pause the notification the are still coming through on both my phone and my Echo Show. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this? Thank you in advance.
