Any idea why the lights on my Ring floodlight cam work great in the dark and come on when they should but when I stand outside and open the ring app on my mobile device outside near the floodlight to see it come on, it doesnt come on when its supposed to? Mobile app off, works great. Mobile app on, lights won't come on. I'm just confused why it does this?
