I want motion notifications to come from Rapid Ring (so when I click the notification, I get the instant love view). Do the motion settings in the primary Ring app affect when I will get those notifications? There are no settings except on/off in RR

I guess my question more specifically is are the fine tunes motion settings in the main Ring app (motion verification, sensitivity, etc) on the device, or from the app? I have notifications shut off in the main app and on for RR, I just want to be able to still fine tune when I get a motion notification.

The apps are separate and settings in one don't affect the other. The main account can change settings that affect the devices, but that's not notifications, it's like motion zones, linked devices, what triggers alarm, etc.
