How can I tell if my ring doorbell can have a solar kit fitted its about three years old?

It would be a good start if you told us what doorbell you have  You can fit one too the ring 1 & 2.

@laos62 both can. Does the doorbell have a battery you can remove? If so it is a 2 if not it’s a 1.
