I can pull up one of my cameras on my Echo Show but not the others (all connected to the same account). Any ideas how to fix?

I know it seems simple, but have you made sure they’re all discovered in the Alexa app?

@pentosan53231 yes they are! I’ve even tried changing their names and grouping.

@intangible does it recognize them in the app too? I don’t generally use my echo to pull up live views, but I’d believe as long as you say “Alexa, show (name of device)” that it should show any of them.

@pentosan53231 yes they all pull up in the app. I can see the front door and one camera no problem but not the others.

@intangible very odd, my next best guess would be restart the echo. I’ll try on my show and see if it pulls my others up since I’ve never tried before

@intangible just verified that mine does pull up any cam I ask it to. I tried 5 different ones and they all worked.

I don’t know if it makes a difference but are all echo and camera under the same account? Ring matters not sure about echo.

@childish3 yes everything is the same and ring is connected through the same amazon account.

If that’s the case I’d disable the ring skill and remove those devices from the list and try again.
