Motions, rings and live view are listed in events for the doorbell but when I click on one of them nothing happens, I can not view any of the events.

Motions, rings and live view are listed in events for the doorbell but when I click on one of them nothing happens, I can not view any of the events. When I try to go to live view it will not connect. Snapshot Capture is working just fine. My stick up camera is working just fine. Power status is very good RSSI is -48 Download 104. 6 mbps Upload 139. 5 mbps Ping 20 ms Anybody have any ideas?
