Hi everybody.  I have a couple of floodlight cams that work perfectly in every aspect, except one of them has totally lost sound.Hi everybody. Anybody else experienced this?

Get with Ring support and do tests with them. If you're paying for Plus service. which you should be with multiple devices. They are pretty easy to get Ring to just send you a new device.

6 For extended warranty coverage to apply to your Ring device, the device must be within its original warranty period when you subscribe to Ring Protect Plus. Once the original warranty expires, the device will be covered under Ring Protect Plus until you discontinue your subscription. Non-Ring and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty.

@frankiefrankincense this device has been up for like 4 years. Do they honor warranties for that old equipment?

@frankiefrankincense I’ll give it a try. For some reason I thought it was one year. I recall they replaced one of my stick ups after Harvey killed it. Thanks.

Apparently the mike is bad, so they’re replacing it free of charge.
