My phone will not notify of motion or ring.

My phone will not notify of motion or ring. I've seen a previous post about reinstalling and then restarting my phone, which I have done. All notifications are "on" my android phone and the ring app. My wife's phone doesn't have an issue. If I open the app, it will alert any motion/ring, but only for a while. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try clearing the Ring app data and cache. You'll have to log in again
