I think if you want a camera that records motion, you should get the outdoor camera. Afterall, it is called the DOORBELL Pro. That said, I suspect you can just not connect it to the chime in your house.

@papotto, not sure why you wouldn’t want a doorbell to ring but, you can try disconnecting it from the chime.

Sounds like you just want a security camera.

In your settings it should say (ring alert) click that off and you shouldn’t get notification if someone presses it

Please help us understand. if you don't want the doorbell option, why did you purchase/install the Ring DOORBELL Pro?!

I purchased it two years ago and have been using it but just recently I don't want to get notifications or sounds when it is pushed.

I have 5 outdoor cams, 3 dogs that bark if the wind changes direction, 7 rifles and 5 handguns. I am pretty sure I am okay.

Just change the Ring tone to “Silent” you have a whole bunch of tones to select from or also turn down the volume. You will still have the button it will just not make any noise when pushed.
