Question

I do not get audible notifications when my phone is asleep (just sitting on my desk, etc) My watch is getting them but my phone does not notify me. I have checked every setting and sound and see nothing that should prohibit it. Any suggestions?

If you're referring to an Apple Watch, you are right, there is no way of getting audible alerts on your phone, if you're getting them on your watch. I suggest turning up the haptic feedback and the volume up to the highest setting on your watch so there's less chance you'll miss a notification.

@falsetto I do not have sound turned on my Apple watch I just get the vibration notification. However yes I do get Audible alerts from my phone when my phone is in my hand being used.

Yeah, you will get them on your phone when your screen is on. However, as long as your phone screen is off, the notifications go to your watch. There is no way around this. I suggest changing your haptic (vibration) setting on your watch to prominent so that your haptic (vibration) will be a little more forceful. My video above shows you how to do that.

@falsetto I do appreciate the video. I wear my watch kind of loose so sometimes I do not feel the vibration. Changing the haptic helped.

I have both the ring app and the rapid ring so when I get notification I get two. Could they be conflicting with one another?
