My new bulb only stays on for one minute after being activated by a spotlight cam - even though it is set for 5 minutes. Called Ring - they couldn’t help said it’s a known issue. Anyone have this issue? Any other solution other than another motion detector link (closer to light) that keeps it on?

@entoil542 thanks. Set for 5 on both bulb and camera. Bulb goes off in one minute.

Hi Rich, do you have these devices set up as linked? If so, can you please try adding the Spotlight Cam to your light group with the bulbs instead and see if this changes the amount of time it stays on. Thank you!

@platinous it is linked

Rich, thank you for the photo. If you have them linked, can you please unlink them, but keep them in a group together. Then see if this keeps the light group following the 5 minute on setting. Thank you!

@platinous tried that. Light bulb doesn’t go on with motion from camera. Light on camera did go on. Any domestic customer service I can get?

@platinous why won’t the toggle switch stay active. This seems to be the issue.
