Question

I upgraded my doorbell transformer today to the recommended 16v 30va and my connection seems faster and more consistent. But one pesky problem still persists, which has been the case for the past 3 years with my Ring Pro. Whenever the doorbell rings, my camera freezes and will not respond. After a minute or so, it will work. But not when I need it too. Any ideas?

Don’t know but it may be related to the Doorbell is recording to the cloud then you bring up live view but it is still recording so you are in limbo. Some people have used Rapid Ring to answer the door bell live view
