Okay, why am I not getting notifications for rings? It shows two missed rings on the app as recorded but none gave me notifications despite Ring notifications being set to on.

There is an ongoing issue with Ring stopping notifications on peoples phones that is often fixed by deleting and re adding the app. - I had a similar issue and strangly going back to the default notification sound seemed to have fixed it. Also in the app there are 2 different notification toggle switches - 1 Is for motion notifications - The 2nd is for Doorbell Rings make sure both are on

Have you allowed the permissions in your phones app settings for ring to send notifications?
