Question

Does anyone know why you can’t share light groups?

Don’t know if we got lucky or not, but my wife can see it on her app. When I first started using the bridge, she couldn’t see it, but called ring and they did something and now her app shows it available on her home screen. She is logged into her own account.

I spent like 2 hours on the live chat with them one day without any luck.

I have the same problem. My lights are all automated so my wife doesn't care. but haven't been able to figure out how to fix it.

I just gave my husband my sign-in information so he has the same controls over everything that I do.
