I have stucco. I got an adapter to let me hang it on my rain gutter. It's solar so I just wrapped the cord around the old Direct TV base. You can find all kids of things at Wassertine or something like that. Just Google it.

Use a 1/4 bit until you get to the osb, then use sheetrock screws. Or you could use anchor screws.

Installing right in the middle above the garage door is best looking. Drill a hole from inside your garage and run electric wire through that hole. 30 mins and job gets done.
