My ring rings the chimes with motion. I have motion turned off. I still get the chimes when there is motion. How can I turn off the chime except for when someone is at the door?

I have tried to turn them off.

Look under the camera settings, linked chimes, motion detected and be sure the chimes are white and not blue.
