RSSI is a negative value, the closer to 0, the better. As stated earlier, <-30 is almost impossible. Some techs say <-30 is not desirable due to the overpowering signal.

The closer it is to 0, the better. I just installed a mesh system and my doorbell RSSI went from -44 to -34.

RSSI under -60 is good. 20-30s is great I’d say 45-55 is average.

We were having issues and then added an Orbi system (small one; small house). Our RSSI is much better now -26 to -40. We used to get -55 to -70; would fluctuate a lot.

Currently(just checked) all 6 cams are -27 to -35. Give me mesh or give me death! Quoting the "reincarnated" Patrick Henry.
