Anyone with a backdoor to Google My Business support? Since they took away the phone support I can't seem to get a response. Business with over 360 locations and one of them won't show in maps. Its been 6 months. It shows "verified pending" this whole time. I have created support tickets, posted in forums and can't get them to even respond. The location is in Dubai and we had no trouble getting the other two locations in Dubai verified and showing in maps.
