Hey everyone, my name is Uche. I'm glad to be a member of this wonderful group. Lately I've asked agency owners this particular question : why do marketing agencies fail? and these were their responses 1. Leadership + Poor people management 2. Poor financial management 3. Not charging the right price for the services being delivered. 4. Because many try to help everyone and do everything instead of specializing in one or a few core areas and niche industries. 5. No proper goals more than having more clients 6. Underpricing 7. Not delivering quality work 8. Hiring too fast 9. Scaling too quickly, taking too many clients with no plan to outsource 10. Agencies fail because they can't or won't get new clients faster than they loose the old ones What else would you add to this list?
