UK, Healthcare, some rankings have tanked others have improved. Waiting for it all to settle.

Update: having seen Ahrefs yesterday and hearing about big ranking fluctuations and nearly ing my pants it seems l may have been a bit hasty and in fact it's just Ahrefs having trouble crawling. GSC confirms.

I'm just seeing my sites level out after Google's no update update (ie: somebody pushing shitty code live) last week.

Well, not level out. 95% of them are growing again to beyond their baseline. The other 5% never stopped growing.
