What is your "go to" for great WP themes that are fast and reliable?

I use Genesis and good old fashioned HTML and CSS. But at some point in the future, I'm planning on developing my own skeleton theme using UnderscoreS (also referred as _s). While Genesis is an awesome framework, there's a lot of redundancy used that's native to WordPress already. Genesis is developer heavy, but if you need something a little more idiot proof, the Mai child themes are good.

I have been using Flatsome with UX builder for years. but I don't think it's lite and fast per se. In order to stream-line web design, I've recently switched over to elementor and a few themes like OceanWP and Neve etc. but I've built out custom themes as well.

Ocean, Astra, and GeneratePress in no particular order. If you want real fast check out Underscores, it's basically just boilerplate but super fast and reliable if you want to build it out.
