Hi all, have a question about search friendliness of FAQ content on a site landing page vs. knowledge base software. Just started a new role in a startup, the primary product consists of Android / iOS Apps. Right now, we have minimal domain DA, and while I'm working on keyword research to clean-up up our basic site content, user acquisition, guest blogging etc. there are some topics we are addressing via in-app messaging as well as linking to articles in Intercom. My question: for transaction questions "how do I reset my password" etc. it makes sense to put content into Intercom so it is avail both on the web and in-app. . but what about more content marketing type questions e. g. "how do I know I'm ready to buy a home" Is there any advantage from a search perspective to putting that on a landing page? I'm anticipating doing a lot more landing page work over time but for ease & speed FAQ articles would be easier right now
