@joann I don't believe in the concept of "keyword cannibalization". It has been defined many different ways (thus underscoring the biggest problem with SEO - no real standards). Are you afraid to list 2 URLs from the same site in a single query's results? That's an irrational fear. On the other hand, if you've published dozens or hundreds of articles about the same exact thing then a little cleanup and consolidation should help. But I wouldn't call that "cannibalization".
