How does one set up GMB for two separate business at the exact same address?

Name - Address - Phone 2 of the 3 must be different. Google knows not all building use suite numbers, they can figure it out as long as the other 2 are different.

The same way you setup a GMB for one business. You just do it twice.

I generally add an "a" and a "b" to the address. Just to get a bit of a split between the two
