Assuming your clients are in residential real estate contracting / building? I wouldn't cross it off the list, but you might wanna look into their site traffic/keywords. Then do the math of how much would potentially make it to your clients downstream.

@endure you can do KW + city. See where they stand. Ie Plumming + Florida If individual contractors outrank them across a broad set of categories, then you're not gonna have a good time but you can still maybe get leads for people who go to them as a first choice. Pay attention to branded kws + locality to see that. Ie Homestars Florida. Interesting idea! Good luck.
