Question

I'm running a blog from 2 years which has many tags should I 301 redirect them to the post content or leave it like these for better SEO and rankings. What's your opinion and experience?

Check if tag pages get any incoming links and have PA. If none at all, delete and redirect. If yes, yhen reduce # of tags to something reasonable, 3-6 per post? So each tag would have unique content from post previews. Also optimize tag pages with some content. Now use these optimized tag pages to send links to pages which need to be optimized. That should help a bit.

@kingcraft74 if the tags have no links or rankings, noindex them. That will remove/prevent them from being indexed. If they have no authority or rankings or traffic, there is no reason to redirect them.
