Hey guys, I bought one domain that is a couple of years old, has around 220 backlinks and its ranking are quickly growing. However, based on the long-term business strategy, I want to change this domain (which URL really doesn't work for this new business idea) to a new one that I just bought on Godaddy. Yes, I read tons of articles about how this can destroy my traffic, etc. but I wonder how would you as experts do this change and what would you recommend? If this was your main business, and the URL would be completely wrong (for example if you were writing about Vegan diet, but you url would be beproudmeateater. com), how would you go about it? I appreciate your feedback :)
