Question

I am on a dilema and need some tips from other SEO. Since the last 3 years I was working for small companies (shops wanting to go online, websites with index and other typical problems that we all know) and my payments were something around 600€ - 800€ per customer. Now a digital news agency is being formed by a really big number of professionals and they have an incredible infrastructure to start with their project. They found me doing a streaming about SEO strategies to various friends of mine on Twitch and are asking me to make their site, structure, strategy and to optimize their news, sections on a daily base. Now the problem is that I have no idea about how much should I ask them to pay me on a monthly basis, taking in consideration that this probably is a 8 - 10 hours a day job and I should abandone my actual customers to be competent at this job. How much would your charge to a news site for the entire SEO?

Higher employee for smaller jobs and charge $109-$259 an hour. Add it up and make a scope of work, send it for signing, take at the beginning of each month
