Do people have a go to outline or tool for 1000/2000 word blog posts/website content for new content writers? I'm looking at starting a new girl who has great knowledge on a subject but is new to writing with SEO in mind. My current girl has been doing it for years and a new person is not something i have had to worry about for a long time.

I agree with @

If your content will write someone who doesn't know SEO basics, the technical stuff will just confuse them and the end product is usually barely readable and spammed with keywords. As he said, let them write and you take care of the SEO part if that is possible. On the other hand, it's an ideal time to prepare "basic SEO help docs for writers" if you'll need to change them in the future or you're going to tackle a new niche.

When starting a content writer I try not to get too technical with them and just let them do what they do best: write. In excel I will give them a topic title and under it everything I want written about. So a product reviews page maybe something like: 1. Parent topic -intro/history -product 1 -product 2 -etc -conclusion I don’t let them pick any of the products or ask for that type of research. Anyone can look up history and product review info. Telling them what to write about makes their research as simple as a google search. Hope that helps

I will suggest you to create the content outline as your writer is not SEO savvy. This will help her to cover the points you actually need in the content. Before creating an outline you have to research your competitors.

Writing is an art - what is the user wanting to know ? Give them what they want to have answered in depth

Anyone have ideas as to how I create content where I write out the content, and have placeholders like [Location], [CITY] or [NAP] and then have it create multiple posts where it can inject the data into it dynamically?
