Closest thing to Jarvis is @longdrawn1114. ai. you can rename the wake command to what ever you want to call your system. So if want a Jarvis to run you smart home there is. Also its private so no Google or Alexa snooping around your house.

There was one guy, Tony Stark, he had an AI named Jarvis running EVERYTHING. He might be in this group.
