No. Your best bet is to get something like a SmartThings hub. which can control Sengled and thousands of other zigbee & zwave devices directly.

@hexavalent Replace it. Sengled bulbs speak zigbee, which is directly supported by the SmartThings hub.  
The Smart Home Group is where you can always find questions, answers, advice, reviews & recommendations from other community members about smart home automation with zwave, bluetooth, and zigbee IOT devices.
