So I bought a bunch of smart switches these are Merkury smart wifi switches that require a neutral. I ran a neutral wire to them all threw my attic. Why is it that when I turn the switch off I cannot control the lights anymore? My wife always hit the switches then they no longer work with voice. Unless I go turn the switch on again. The reason I bought these was so weather u like using the switch or your voice it wouldn't matter. Please help because its pissing me off. Thank you in advance.
