could be. It's a Huawei p20. I think mi is releasing an wear os version that looks the same as apple watch.

I had one of those two. The original. I switched to Moto 360 now I'm looking at fossil from recommendations here

You'll generally get what you pay for. Have you considered buying a secondhand watch. Plenty on FB marketplace, or check out places like CEX.
