How are you guys powering your tablets that mount to the wall with no power supply around? I have only light switches in the area I want to mount my tablet. I'm no electrician

For a test setup (retrofit) I have wired a usb cable down inside stud wall to a hole in the bottom of the wall where it comes back out to a 5V usb charger. This isn’t ideal as it looks ugly. But for my new home I plan to do something similar, but with usb charger concealed in wall back box.

You need a recessed outlet installed. Its not hard to do.
