So i ordered a couple of switches to try before I jump in and replace the whole house worth. GE and Honeywell are the two I got now. Any other suggestions? I’m Hubitat, so Zwave or zigbee. These two appear to be the same manufacturer. Are they?

Several GE’s, been rock solid. Have had mostly Evolve and they are slowly failing after 4 years. can’t recommend.

I personally opted for zigbee and am pleased I did. Apple, google etc also have thrown down behind it so its probably the way to go.

That may change especially with zigbee and wifi issues

@elene same here. Moved everything to zigbee and it's great.

I'm personally using the xiaomi aqara range of sensors and some portable switches mounted here there and everywhere at the moment. Average sensor cost is $8-10 (aliexpress) and have contact, motion, vibration sensors everywhere. Light switches on either side of the bedside cabinets etc. batteries (watch battery ) last a year or so, and they're reliable. I use zigbee2mqtt, so it's really easy to interact with them regardless of your "control system" as it's just mqtt.

I went with shelly1's for the non dimming lights. I would probably opt for the power measuring one if I had to do it over.

There are lots of options: GE/Jasco, HomeSeer, Zooz, and Inovelli are popular in the Hubitat forums (where you can also find lots of similar questions asked--and answered). These all differ a bit in price and features: GE, in my opinion, is high on the latter and low on the former. :) (If you get those--or really anything--make sure it's Z-Wave Plus and not "classic" Z-Wave. Anything new should be, but GE in particular has a ton of old models that aren't, so if you buy used be aware. ) I'd take a look and see what features you want (multi-taps/scenes? notification LED? ability to disable local control for use with smart bulbs? ) and how much you're willing to pay.

Shelly or Lutron Caseta. No idea I'd they work with Hubitat, but I've had zero luck with zwave.

I have a couple of GE and several Inovelli. I like the Inovelli switches much better. Very good and personal tech support when you need it and more functionality with them.

Zooz are awesome! Especially if you have 3 way switches. No more dummy switches it’s one and done.

Inovelli switches are what power my entire home (almost, need to order a few more)! Feature packed and top notch support.

@dandiprat What is your goal for the switches? I'll help answer any questions I can for you. @bitolj CSO | Inovelli
