Hi guys couple easy questions for y’all I’m sure. 1. I converted my 2 family home into a huge one family. I have a furnace for each floor. I have a smart thermostat downstairs, LUX Kono. Do they make one I could use for 2 furnaces as maybe 2 different zones, or should I just get 2 thermostats. Using HomeKit, Ring, and Lutron in the home. 2. If I have a 16 port network switch already (unmanaged), can I add a 8 port POE injector for just my POE devices I’m installing? 3. With 3 hardwired Eero’s, do I gain much from getting a managed switch? All that’s plugged in to it are 5 TV’s, media devices, 4 ps4’s, a computer, and cameras. That’s enough to keep me busy for one day. Thanks for the help.

I mean equipment wise your fine. Would recommend two separate thermostats and not deal with just one. The only thing lacking from your system is a all in one smart control. I would look at Savant but its not a self install product. Managed switch will assist if you want to put your home automation on its own network to assist with stability.

Adam, what do you mean an all in one control? Guess I don’t follow.

@samsun meaning a actual mature control platform so that you can control your tv's, music, thermostats, lighting, ect., in one app. Rather than having different remotes and apps controlling your gear.

Adam, gotcha. I control everything in the Home app so far, except for the Ring security system, but I really don’t do much with that other than arm it and disarm it. Smoke, Co, water, freeze, is all on there but I don’t ever look at it unless something goes wrong. I’m trying to keep everything I buy, operational my Siri and home app. So far so good, but it’s expensive.

@samsun Savant is programmed and based on Apple products so you can get their overlay app on Apple TV. Siri is built into their smart remotes which is super slick. They are also integrating ring into it in the next release of their system.

Adam, where can I read about it?

@samsun here is their site.  a bit limited on info in my opinion.
